Appointments

The Practice has a flexible appointment system to enable Patients to see their own Doctor at a convenient time. 
You can either phone us on the day that you need to be seen or you can pre book an appointment up to one week in advance except on Mondays. 
We may offer to phone you back as we may be able to save you a visit to the surgery or schedule more appropriate care with another member of the practice team initially.
We encourage Patients to see their own Doctor but if your Doctor is not available we will offer you an appointment with another Doctor. We have a fully computerised medical system so all Doctors have access to your records. 
 

We also offer appointments with our Nurse Practitioner who is able to treat a wide range of ailments including: 
Sore thoats
Chest infection/Pain
Ear ache
Coughs, colds and flu
Blood pressure checks
Wounds/infections
Urinary tract infections
Emergency and routine contraception
Minor skin ailments
Abdominal pain and gastro intestinal pain 

Appointments with our specialist Nursing team for Asthma, Diabetes and CHD are all pre bookable. 

Appointments with our Phlebotomist for blood tests are pre bookable and available most mornings. 

To make an appointment please call Reception on 01326 210090 anytime Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:30.

At busy times your call may be placed in a queue. Please continue to hold. Calls are answered in turn. 

The phones tend to be very busy early in the day and if you do not need to be seen that day you may prefer to phone later to book an appointment for another day. Our receptionists wil make every effort to offer you a convenient time.
