Dr Rachael Wilson MBChB (Hons) BSc (Hons) MRCGP DRCOG DFSRH
I left the Midlands to complete my first degree in Medical Biochemistry in
Cardiff University of Wales in 1998. Following this I returned to the Midlands
to undertake my medical degree at Warwick University (WMS), graduating with
honours in 2005. I undertook my training locally, developing an interest in
women’s health in General Practice and Medical Education. I am currently
undertaking my Masters in Medical Education and have worked at WMS as a personal
tutor, Deputy Senior Tutor and am involved in teaching and examining.
My husband is a teacher and we are fortunate to have 2 lovely young children and
our spaniel dog Alfie. We are passionate about the outdoors and although our
town of Kenilworth is beautiful, the access to the sea is limited!! We are drawn
to this beautiful county by our love of the sea and my next aim is to develop
some stamina in open water swimming.
I enjoy the complexities of general practice, working closely with patients to
deliver best practice and excellent care. I am very much looking forward to
joining the team at The Falmouth Health Centre Practice
