The Chiropody service is available by self referral to the following;  

However the service is focussed on patients with complex foot problems, and Patients who require toenail cutting will normally be directed to a private Chiropodist. If you are eligible please obtain a form from the Practice receptionist, complete it and return it to the Practice or the Podiatry department in the Health Centre.

All other patients will require a referral from their Doctor or other Healthcare Professional.
